Well I thought before I left today that I could together some reflections about my set last night. I think that I am getting better, and for those whose eardrums I didn't hurt (I am pretty deaf and talk too loud) I got compliments. I thought all in all a good set (I can do better). I thought the Safecracker and Mastermind had good sets the safecracker has a couple of bits that are a few words from being just killer. Mastermind is getting better at acting out his bits and it makes him look more comfortable. I think he is more likable now on stage and that will help him. The Accountant's set or I should I say the swammies set was good I think that he's a very good joke writer and his act makes sense for him. He entered at a time in the night where it was either going to be high energy or go home cause they were tired and the Accountant isn't high energy (which is fine). The show on a whole was very good I thought. Geoff Lott and Megan Hounshell also had good shows. Well of course before I forget Peter Johnson had his usual set (fucking amazing!!) he just continues to establish himself as the top dog of new comics. I worship the akward footsteps of this god.
