Setting the record straight
Regarding "Halloween Grinches," (editorial, Oct. 23), I am Wiccan, I have family members who are Wiccan and Druidic. Not one of us finds the witch-ly stereotype offensive, nor any Halloween association offensive. And being Wiccan, we just don't get how another person calling themselves Wiccan would think or look for a reason to be offended.
Halloween/Samhain is a lovely holiday for everyone to enjoy and a true Wiccan would never have protested to the Puyallup School District over such a non-issue.
